Where can I buy tickets to shows?

Tickets for Nelson Odeon shows can be purchased  online via our website (there’s a link next to each show to buy tickets). All online tickets are will call. Simply print out your ticket order confirmation or keep on your mobile device after your online transaction and present at the Nelson Odeon Box Office.

Our performances are for all ages and any children are required to have a ticket.

Are tickets refundable? What if a show is rescheduled or cancelled?

Tickets are not refundable, all sales are final. If a show is rescheduled, the new date will be immediately posted to this website and your ticket for the original show will be honored at the rescheduled date. If a show is cancelled and no make up date is announced, the ticket is refundable (less service charges unfortunately — our ticketing company’s policy, not ours); the refund should happen within 48 hours if you purchased with a credit card.

Tickets sold through this website grant to the Customer only a revocable license to the bearer that may be revoked at any time for any reason. Resale or attempted resale of any ticket issued hereunder at a price higher than the face value appearing thereon is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Customer assumes all risk or danger incidental to the attraction, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to, the actual attraction. The terms of sale of each ticket issued pursuant to a transaction initiated on this website are subject to any and all terms imposed by the applicable Promoter.  Entry may be refused for various reasons, including misconduct, intoxication, etc., as determined by the Nelson Odeon Staff.

What is the show cancellation policy in the event of bad weather?

The Nelson Odeon is contractually obligated to pay artists and crew for our performances and therefore rarely cancels a performance for weather. If the artist is here, the show will go on.

Please visit our website for updates. We immediately post notice of cancellations or postponements on the show ticket page. If a show goes on as scheduled we are unable to refund tickets.

Please do not endanger yourself this when the weather is bad, but make sure to give yourself plenty of time to travel and park safely.

Outdoor shows in the Fall 2020 are rain or shine and will be cancelled only if the weather is extreme and considered dangerous to the artists and audience.

What time do the doors open to begin seating?

The doors will open one hour before curtain time.

Food and Beverage Policy

Because of the Covid-19 pandemic our concession will be closed this Fall 2020. We will allow patrons to bring in there own personal coolers. Please keep these coolers to no larger than 12x9x9 and remember to leave no trash behind. Just like the trail systems, " If you pack it in, please pack it out."

Do you have assigned seating?

Most shows are general admission unless otherwise advertised. For outdoor space please remember to bring your own lawn chairs. We will direct you to a specific lawn space to set up in groups of 2-4 people while maintaining socially distant guidelines between groups.

Can I bring my camera or recording device to the performance?

Nelson Odeon policies state that no cameras or recording devices are permitted at the venue unless specifically permitted by the artist. Please check with the Box Office as every performance differs on what is allowed and what is not acceptable to bring inside.

What happens if I arrive late to the performance?

You will be seated during a suitable break in the performance.

What are the Nelson Odeon’s Box Office's hours of operation?

For the Fall 2020 performances, tickets are available in advance with Eventbrite through our website. If you have questions or would rather purchase your tickets over the phone, contact us at reservations@nelsonodeon.com or call 315-655-9193

How do I become involved with the Odeon?

We have a number of ways that you can support us.

  • Buy a ticket to a show and enjoy!
  • Street team - We are always looking for people to put up posters and flyers around the area.  If you know some places (or we can give you a list in a particular area) that posters and flyers could hang, contact us and we will get a block of posters to you. Contact us at: info@nelsonodeon.com
  • Volunteer for a show night or let us know what you are good at…we always have projects going on that rely on the help of volunteers. Please e-mail: linda@nelsonodeon.com
  • Design a poster for our "signature series" posters. Please email: jeff@nelsonodeon.com
  • Guest Emcee - We are always looking for well-voiced people to take the stage, welcome the audience, and introduce the band. Please email: jeff@nelsonodeon.com
