This is an update on precautionary measures we are taking in light of the global spread of COVID-19 in order to ensure the safety of our audience, staff, and artists.
We ask any patron who may have been exposed to COVID-19, or is exhibiting symptoms, to please stay home. Symptoms may include fever, cough, and shortness of breath. Our staff has also been advised to remain at home if they are feeling ill or if they have been exposed to COVID-19.
Face masks must be worn by attendees until they are seated and anytime they leave their seats. We will have disposable masks for anyone who arrives without one
Restrooms and other common surfaces at The Nelson Odeon will be cleaned and disinfected before each show and touch points between each use. We are allowing only one person into each restroom at a time. Hand sanitizer and wipes will be available to the audience, staff, and artists.
We remain committed to bringing the best possible acts that we can to CNY and Madison County, and look forward to this continuing while maintaining health and safety as recommended.
Thanks so much for your support and your help in these efforts.
We look forward to seeing you again at upcoming shows!
