In accordance with New York State Phase Four Reopening Outdoors guidelines, we will limit the number of visitors and operating as follows:

Reservations required. This allows us to manage the the number of attendees. Space is limited. While COVID-19 is present in our population, attendees are accepting that risk in attending these functions. Please contact us at reservations@nelsonodeon.com or call 315-655-9193 with any questions.

If you have have traveled to the states on the travel advisory list (found here) within the last 14 days, you will not be allowed in.

When you arrive, please go to the front deck to check in. We will supply you with a wristband to be worn during the duration of the function.

You may arrive one half hour in advance of start time. Artist and Odeon merchandise will be available after the function. We can only allow one person at the table at a time.

Face masks must be worn by attendees until they are settled in a designated area on the lawn. Please keep an appropriate distance from other groups and wear your mask if you need to move around. We will have disposable masks for anyone who arrives without one. We also know that many of you may want to dance but we must be seated during the function.

Our concession will be closed due to social distancing concerns. Personal coolers will be allowed at maximum size of 12" x 9" x 8".  All items brought in will also need to leave with attendees.

Please make sure to bring a lawn chair for your comfort.

We do have indoor restrooms allowing only one person into each restroom at a time.

Hand sanitizing stations will be available at the restrooms, front deck, and merchandise table.

Outdoor functions in the Fall 2020 are rain or shine and will be cancelled only if the weather is extreme and considered dangerous to the artists and audience. If rain is in the forecast, please dress appropriately and bring an umbrella or poncho.

If you are not feeling well, please stay home. Refunds are available up to two hours before.
